CanWay and ACW Form Strategic Partnership to Expand in Hong Kong and Macau
On September 22, 2026, CanWay and ACW Distribution held a signing ceremony in Hong Kong. Aimee, CEO of CanWay, and Norris, Senior Director of Product and Business Development at ACW, attended the ceremony. The partnership begins with a distribution partnership for WeOpsX in the Hong Kong and Macau markets. By combining CanWay's product development and technical support capabilities with ACW's local channel and service resources, the two parties will jointly advance market and customer service.

Joining Forces to Expand in Hong Kong and Macau IT Operations
In her remarks, Aimee said international expansion is a key priority for CanWay, with Hong Kong and Macau playing an important role in the company’s international business strategy. Growing customer requirements for data security, compliance controls, and localized services have created opportunities for collaboration on upgrading IT operations tools and replacing existing systems.
Since its founding in 2001, CanWay has built over two decades of product development experience and industry expertise in IT operations, serving customers in government, finance, manufacturing, transportation, and public utilities. In Hong Kong and Macau, the company aims to work with local partners over the long term to apply its products and service expertise more effectively in customers’ operating environments.
Aimee noted that ACW has a long-established presence in the local market and professional channel and technical service teams. Its organizational structure and service capabilities can support product promotion, technical assistance, and project implementation. The two companies will draw on their respective strengths to provide ongoing services to customers across Hong Kong and Macau.

Norris said ACW had tested and evaluated products from several Chinese vendors during its preliminary assessment. In selecting a partner, ACW considered product and technical capabilities, willingness to invest in ongoing R&D, strategic alignment, and the potential for collaboration on future technology development and projects. He described CanWay as an ideal long-term partner.
Norris described the two companies as teammates, highlighting the opportunity to combine CanWay’s products, services, and support with ACW’s local market experience and channel resources. He said ACW would bring together its channel partners, technical teams, and business teams to jointly grow their business in Hong Kong and Macau.

Three Priorities for Building a Lasting and Mutually Beneficial Ecosystem
The partnership will focus on three areas of collaboration:
1. Upgrading IT Operations and Developing Local Reference Projects
Targeting government agencies, financial institutions, and public-sector organizations in Hong Kong and Macau, the two companies will promote intelligent IT operations products such as WeOpsX. Together, they will develop local reference projects to support the digital transformation of customers’ IT operations.
2. Strengthening Partner Enablement and Service Capabilities
CanWay will provide ACW with comprehensive partner enablement support, including solutions, technical training, guidance on project delivery, and marketing materials, helping the ACW team quickly strengthen its product expertise and service capabilities.
3. Broadening Collaboration for Long-Term Mutual Success
The WeOpsX distribution partnership marks the start of a broader collaboration. Over time, the two companies plan to extend their cooperation to a wider range of IT operations and software development services, including ITSM, ITOM, and DevOps, while jointly exploring expansion opportunities in Southeast Asia.

Looking ahead, CanWay will continue to strengthen its product capabilities and enhance its partner enablement framework. Together with ACW, it will support project delivery and strengthen customer service in Hong Kong and Macau, building experience to support future collaboration across additional products and markets.
