Automation Operations Platform

The current version includes operations and maintenance scenarios such as automated inspection, baseline verification, patch installation, and resource delivery. More scenarios will be continuously added to build a comprehensive automated O&M ecosystem platform.

By adopting version management, the platform enables full lifecycle management of ITOM artifacts such as scripts, software packages, and patch packages. It supports multi-version iteration, rollback, and auditing, thereby enhancing controllability throughout the ITOM process.

User permissions can be managed through role-based access control. Instance-level data such as inspection scripts, templates, tasks, and reports can be individually authorized, with authorization granularity supporting both business dimensions and instance dimensions.

Supports multiple execution modes for ITOM tasks, including scheduled and periodic execution. Task reports can be exported with one click and automatically distributed to responsible personnel via sms and email.

Through task history, updates, executors, and artifact version management, the platform enables full-spectrum traceability of the O&M process, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Deeply integrated with the BlueKing Configuration Center, configuration data can be synchronized and shared to provide dynamic environment information for ITOM tasks, greatly simplifying configuration management.
