The 29th GOPS Global Operations Conference Beijing was successfully held at Beijing Lido Crowne Plaza Hotel from July 10th to 11th, 2026.
Centered around the theme of “Technology Transformation Driven by AI Agents,” the conference explored emerging fields including AIOps agent, DevOps agents, AI + DevOps, AI + SRE, and Harness Engineering. It brought together IT professionals and decision-makers from industries such as finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and Internet.
As a leading provider of integrated intelligent solutions for Intelligent DevOps with over 20 years of industry experience, CanWay was invited to participate in the event and explore innovative practices enabled by AI agents with industry experts.

PART 01
Three Solutions Showcase the Innovation Capabilities in DevOps AI Agent
Built on BlueWhale PaaS technical architecture and backed by more than two decades of IT operations expertise, CanWay has developed three intelligent product series featuring comprehensive intelligence and autonomous control, demonstrating its AI Agent–driven innovation capabilities across Intelligent DevOps.

CanWay BlueWhale AIOps: Integrated Digital Intelligence Operations Management Solution
Built on the Agentic Ops framework, the solution adopts a four-layer architecture with capabilities progressively built from the infrastructure layer upward.
The foundation layer provides unified operations capabilities by integrating Configuration Management Center (CMDB), Full-Stack Intelligent Observability Center, IT Service Management Center (ITSM), Application Release and Automation Operation Center, Disaster Recovery Center, Multi-cloud Management Center (CMP), Data and Intelligence Center and Knowledge Base, providing the data foundation and execution capabilities required by AIOps agent
The second layer is the private Operations Large Language Model (LLM) layer. It supports integration with mainstream AI models and combines them with CanWay’s proprietary Operations LLM to centrally manage model orchestration, serving as the intelligence engine behind AI agents while balancing accuracy and efficiency.
The third layer is the AI Agent Development (AIDev) Platform, which enables rapid customization of AIOps agent through standardized tools and reusable platform capabilities, reducing redundant development efforts.
The top layer provides a scenario-based Operations agent ecosystem, including Automation Inspection, Root Cause Analysis, IT Workflow Agents, and Standard Operation Agents. These agents address daily operational challenges and demonstrate the platform’s maturity in intelligent operations.

CanWay BlueWhale WeOps: AI-Native Integrated Intelligent Operations Subscription Service Product
Built on the BlueWhale PaaS data foundation, the WeOpsX platform integrates the OpsPilot Intelligent Operations agent and Full-Stack AI engine, combining capabilities across CMDB, monitoring and alerting, logging, ITSM, automation, visualization, and knowledge management. It supports mainstream ecosystems such as Kubernetes and Jenkins, enabling flexible access through multi-channel portals and APIs.
Delivered through a subscription-based model, WeOps continuously provides intelligent operations capabilities, leveraging AI for root cause analysis, proactive risk detection, and automated operations workflows across the entire IT lifecycle, helping enterprises improve operational agility and business reliability.

CanWay BlueWhale DevOps: One-Stop Development Efficiency Management Solution
Powered by CanWay BlueWhale CAgent Al Assistant, an intelligent engineering assistant, the solution leverages MCP, Skills, and multi-model orchestration to deliver agent capabilities across five key scenarios: requirements, coding, testing, delivery, and engineering productivity.
It fully integrates a full-stack, efficiency toolchain—spanning CTeam, CWiki , CCode , CCI , CTest , CPack , CFlow , and CMeas —covering the entire development lifecycle from requirements, development, and testing to deployment and operations.
Built on a cloud-native foundation with open APIs and domestic adaptation capabilities, the solution breaks down data and workflow silos across tools. By deeply integrating AI into the software delivery lifecycle, it enables intelligent assistance in requirement decomposition, coding support, test case generation, change risk management, and efficiency root cause analysis. It also supports comprehensive Value Stream Governance and data-driven engineering insights, helping enterprises achieve automated, intelligent, and lean software delivery while meeting private compatibility and security governance requirements.

PART 02
